custom door style

I am using Architecture 2009.
I have created a door style with trim on both sides. I am now trying to create a door style to be used on my exterior walls. Our stud and brick are together as one wall style. I am wanting to keep the trim on the interior side (next to the stud wall) and I want to show the door frame on the brick side. In other words, for a 3-0 door, I'm wanting the interior to be 3'-0" and the exterior to show 3'-4". I'm attaching a .dwg to clarity.

There are a couple of things you need to do. First, create a wall endcap style as shown, and then create a wall opening endcap style.

Then the door facing must be created to the actual size desired.

The door jamb width must change from adjusting to wall thickness to a set dimension, in your case, 5".

Finally, the door placement within the wall must be adjusted.

See revised drawing, attached. Please note that I adjusted only the plan view. All other views of the door must be changed likewise.
