Titleblock Labels Shared Parameter

I am creating a new Titleblock and it has been awhile since I've done this. I need to create some new label parameters. I created the new label parameters and placed them on my new titleblock just fine. The problem comes when I try to edit the project information in my new drawing - they are not listed at all. When I select my the titleblock in my sheets, the new label parameters are red, not blue, and I'm not able to edit.

Please jog my memory.

You need to add the shared parameters to your Project. Go to Settings, Project Parameters and add them either to the Project info or Drawing Sheets (may have to check show categories from all disciplines to get Drawing Sheets to show) category depending on how you want the parameters to act.
