The DWG I have linked isn't showing up in the manage links dialog. What am I missing? Thanks.

It got imported, instead of linked... So it exists in your Revit model as it was at the instant that it was imported, but it will not update. To correct, delete it, and re-import it, and make sure the Link radio button (left side) is checked....
