I guy i used to work with, got myself to do the planning drawings for converting a South West Water old stone water storage tank into a new home.
He got myself too produce planning drawings and approval was accepted early part of 08 and he's currently building it see below pics.
I used ACA 2009 to do the planning & working drawings but I produced a 3d model of the proposal to put in with the planning documentation, see below black & white image.
I did this by importing the 3d model into Sketch Up, as it's quick and easy to do renders and shadows in realtime
BUT can I do the same results in ACA 09?? PLMK
