Hey guys,

Just downloaded this new maxscript that generates surfaces based on mathematical equations...been playing with it for awhile...lots of fun! I wanted to post a "work in progress" image i'm working on. Far from done but this is where i'm at.

You can find the maxscript info here:

Done in MAX 2009, rendered with mental ray. I may post the final scene in its entirety when its done.

I love your use of DoF. I've found this adds so much to my photography and so much more to renderings. You've mastered this and it shows. Great job.

Work in progress, my arse -- it'd be a finished product for me.

Why aren't you working for a major studio again?

Thanks for the comments!!! I'm not sur that i would be completely happy at a major studio...though it would be fun to try. I like doing forensic visualization...i just wish i could get the amount of freelance balanced...sort of a 50/50 thing. That would be ideal. Hoping to finish the image this weekend...so i'll try and post back...the final...and probably the scene.
