Wainscot end finish

I have varying height wainscot types on this project. How do I finish the side of the taller one? Thanks

The only way is to use a default 3D view (isometric) and then the paint tool, with the appropriate material selected, by tabbing you can "paint" that end face,

Just use the Paint Bucket to paint it with the brick material. You may want to use the split faces tool if you don't want the whole face to be brick, though.
