EPA energy performance (design) rating: No data from EPA

Hi,

When I export my Revit model into Green Building Studio I am unable to get a rating from EPA on the US EPA Energy Star tab. This is the what I recieve:

"EPA energy performance (design) rating: No data from EPA"

I have submitted runs on different days considering that the EPA website may have been unavailable.

Can anyone provide some direction as to why this happens?

What type of building are you modeling (school, office, retail, etc.)? The EPA does not have performance ratings on all building types.
