Revit/Green Building Studio: "EPA energy performance (design) rating: No data from EPA"

EPA energy performance (design) rating: No data from EPA

Hi,

When I export my Revit model into Green Building Studio I am unable to get a rating from EPA on the US EPA Energy Star tab. This is the what I recieve:

"EPA energy performance (design) rating: No data from EPA"

I have submitted runs on different days considering that the EPA website may have been unavailable.

Can anyone provide some direction as to why this happens?
