New Structural Project

In the office we are starting a new project using Arch Revit and Struct Revit. We are doing a timberframe structure. The problem is the members do not attach to the other members. This structure will be in the Arch model to render but will look really bad at this point. How can the structural team achieve these connections? I am asking for them by the way. Thanks for the help

Just for clarification, are you drawing all the structural members in Revit Structure and linking it into the Revit Architecture model, or are you trying to draw everything in Revit Architecture?

They are drawing all in Revit Structure and linking it into RAC 2009
