changing hatch scale

trying to use a brick hatch to emulate plywood on a roof frame
however keep going back and forth to try to get the right hatch scale right seems have page clear to the hatch options and reload the hatch just so the scale is editable.... got to be better way

tis the season to get fat?

I would recommend editing it as a Model pattern. You could just re-write it to create the correct plank pattern at 4 x 8 feet, staggered... If that's what you're going for, that is... :?:

ok, haven't done that yet.. but sounds like best way to do it
the assume that the scale then will always be 1.0
