level head text display 2nd floor

Can anyone help me to get the level head text to display height relative to the nearest floor below? When I am working with 2-story buildings the level head text for the 2nd floor will only display the height above first floor. I need the level heads to display the 2nd floor height as 0'-0" (regardless of how far it is above the first floor). If my window header height is 6'-8" above the second floor I need it to display as 6'-8". Having the 2nd floor window height display as 17'-2 3/4" (height above first floor) is absolutely useless information.

Are you talking about displaying the height in a schedule? If so you should be able to get that by placing the window in the second floor plan view. If you're placing the windows in elevation I think it does use the first floor as its base. You might also be able to select the windows and rehost them to the second floor.

Select the window. Edit its properties. Change the level reference, then adjust the sill or head height parameter.
