Hi guys,

I'd like to know if there's a way to translate IFC to CIS2 (and back if needed). I'm using Architecture. If it's a standard output for Structure then I'd say it defeats the purpose to purchase a Structure license.

Any and all info most appreciated.

My understanding is Revit Structure has a lot better structural modeling tools and it links to 3rd party design tools.

Do you need to share the model with the structural engineer?

Not really share, more like export.
But I can understand why CIS2 only exports structural (Structure) parameters.
