Edit -> Group: How to reload it now?

I don't have much experience with groups. I notice that I can go down to the bottom of the project brower right click on the group and select Edit. Revit appears to open up a new project with my group in it. Awesome! Now I can edit it. How do I reload it into my previous project? I'm looking for a "Load into Project" button.

So save it out temporarily somewhere then "File"> "Load from file as Group"
