Hi all,
One of our owners here has been double checking takeoffs of houses as bills come in to basically make sure we aren't wasting any money or over paying subs. He was checking basement concrete footage and got a number over 500 sq. ft. less than was billed for & was upset thinking he'd been ripped off. I checked the dwf and even republished it getting the same inaccuracies but only on that one sheet. The strange thing is when I measure some lengths from top to bottom they come out totally wrong but if i redo it from bottom to top it is correct. if I move one of the incorrect dimensions around on the sheet it switches back and forth from the wrong length to the correct length. Also if I take some test areas of some rectangles, they are correct. Does anyone have any idea what's going on here? Hopefully the pics will make things easier to understand. Thanks in adavance!
