Changing View Title

I want to create a new view title, but I do not want to show the view title line (horizontal line separation), But when I go to the family I do not see the line, but appears when I insert the annotation, I can use the grips and make it as short as a dot. But, how I can get ris of it?

The 'extension line' is a type parameter of the view family.
Select the view, type properties and uncheck the Show Extension Line checkbox.
