align text with angled line

If you click on the angled line, it should display the angle of the line relative to horizontal. Select the text and rotate it using the rotate tool the same angle.

Or using "ROTATE" drag the point of radius from the Text element on the angled line and from there just click the horizontal alignment of text then click the along the angled line.

Alignment tool doesn't work at all on text objects. Would be a really nice feature to help get various text objects aligned with other elements.
