tile wainscoting

How do you create a 4-ft high wainscoting wall tile in a toilet room? I tried wall sweep but some toilet specialty components (ie toilet paper holder) doesn't cut the tile wainscoting.

You can create a 3/8" thick tile wall and use join geometry to allow cutting by elements
