My refrigerator is running

We have some refrigerators in our model. A section cut shows them in place but our floor plan will only show the crosshairs of the component. We turn the light on to see if its hidden and there it is. BUT its not pink like all the other hidden elements. Why can't we see our fridge. Its there but its not!?!?!?

Have you tried checking the detail level and visibility settings for the family?

Make sure that you don't have "Imports In Families" turned off under the Imported Categories tab of the Visibuility/Graphics Overrides dialog box.
