How would I show a thickened slab at door openings? Create a family for it? Or is there a better way? Thanks.

You are just adding to the foundation wall? Build it into the door family.

Are you talking about adding a solid below the door that will merge with the floor..???
Or are you talking about some symbolic line work...

I would probably split the sketchline of the floor, and use a slab edge. If you add it in to the door family youre going to have to make it manually parametric to mitigate different slab thicknesses...

A solid below the floor that merges with the slab. The slab turns down onto the cmu at door openings. Thanks.
