Profile by Layout Problem...

When I try to create a profile by layout all of the commands on the command line are blocked. Anyone have an idea of why this is happening? Please see my attached JPG and notice how the commands are grayed out...

That seems to happen sometimes. If it's the usual problem, shutting down and restarting C3D should clear it up.

I think at some point, I stumbled across another way to clear it up. But I haven't seen that problem in a long time now, and I can't remember for certain... It's lost in a haze of workarounds...

I have seen it a few times recently, and not just for alignments but other objects as well, and every time a restart of C3D has fixed it. I have no idea what is causing it however, but would like to find out if someone knows, just out of curiosity.

It is possible that I have stopped seeing it because, these days, I always close that toolbar when I'm done editing a Profile or Alignment. I never leave it open anymore, while I used to leave it open sometimes.

Or that might have nothing to do with it at all, and C3D might just be playing a trick on me, and is saving them up to spring them all on me the next time it's most inconvenient...

I've been seeing it with pipe networks lately, and I've never left any of these type of toolbars open after editing an object.

That's not good to hear, but glad the cats out of the bag so I won't be shocked if it happens to me in the future. Thanks for the info.
