A common warning experienced is " A structural framing element is attached to a wall whose structural usage is set to non-bearing".

Just wondering if I select all walls and make them structural bearing ( in reality they are not) just to clean up the warning list will I get any problems in the file?

We are Architects and do not share the model with engineers.

I haven't encountered any problems doing what you mention. However, i like to make walls i know will be structural/bearing as such....instead of just making every wall structurally bearing.

You wont run in to an issue.... As long as you dont try to make any Framing Plans, in your model. When you switch a views discipline from Architectural to Structural, it turns off the Non-bearing walls, and only shows the bearing walls. That said, it will show everything in your model if you swtich them all to bearing to clean up the warnings that way...
