horizontal and vertical grids continuous?

I’m using a C-section for the mullions of a curtain wall, is there a way to get both horizontal and vertical grids continuous?
(so that I would get a square in the intersection)

No, they couldn't be in reality so revit can't model it that way. If you have to show it that way you'll have to create some sort of family where you can join geometery. Or your could create a curtain panel family that had the intersection you want modeled into it.

i think that second idea is the best way to go - should keep you from having to make changes to the plates every time the grids move
