Property line causes models transparent

When I finished sketch a property line, models in view became tranparent (not all things) and nothing cast shadow. I delete the property line (or make its category invisible) the thing is OK. I don't know why or I'm missing something?
Appreciate any help.

Assuming 2009, do you have the latest build. Some of those issues were corrected in the latest build.
