I have 3d DWG geometry inserted into a Revit family. When loaded into the project file, the geometry cuts in plan view as it should. However, when I introduce a Plan Region, the family no longer cuts as it should. All the piping and hvac from all levels become visible in the view .
This display problem also occurs if the DWG information is imported into an RVT file and then linked in to the main project file.
This is a known problem, but I was wondering if any one has come up with a good work around.
I would like to have my cake and eat it too (both plan regions AND cut DWG geometry).
