Roof Framing Plan

how does everyone setup there roof framing plan? I need to see the roof in "Hidden line" mode but then I'm not able to see my door and window openings below for header locations. I selected underlay (first floor) but I'm unable to see it due to the cut plane, which is higher than the roof itself. Any ideas?

Adjust View depth.
Keep underlay on.

I tried that, and still nothing. I can see the walls but not the openings.
What am I doing wrong?

Try changing the underlay to Reflected Ceiling View.

Also try creating a completely new view---and adjust View Depth settings
so that the view depth extends below the openings.

See if you can see what you need in wireframe mode?

If this still does not work, post a file and we can take a look.
