Moving a Call-Out Bubble

Is it possible to Move a Call-Out Bubble from a Site Plan to Enlarged Site Plan?
Here's the Scenario,
I am referencing a Ramp Plan in the Site Plan......The Ramp Call-out have been dimensioned and annotated and placed on sheet.
But Now we want that Ref. Bubble to appear in the Enlarged Site Rather then the Overall Site.

How can I do this? Can I change the Parent View of the Ramp to be Enlarged Site and not the other?

Place a new callout in the new view, and click "reference other view"
select the Ramp view from the list.

Then, go to the Site Plan and hide the callout by right-clicking "hide in view-object"

This should do it.

There are some other ways as well---such as copying all the dimensions and annotations to the clipboard, deleting the original callout--creating a new callout
and pasting in the annotations, etc.
