Cover Sheet

I am in the process of creating the cover sheet for our documents. I have created a schedule that I place on the sheet and it updates when sheets are added with the sheet name and number. Our cover sheet typically includes all of our disciplines, mech. elec. structural. All of the engineering depts. models are linked to the architectural. I would like there sheets to show up on my cover sheet for the entire set. Is this possible? I just like the idea of not having to edit the cover sheet to verify what sheets are in the set. If the sheet is created it should automatically show up on the cover.

Create dummy sheets that match your consultants and organize them in the schedule through the use of an additional parameter. This was covered recently (in the past week) so you might want to do a little searching and see what you come up with.

Go in to the schedule properties, and in the bottom left corner check the box that says "include elements in Linked Files..."
