Display Error

Using RAC 2009 on Win XP. Every time I start Revit for the first time of the sesion and open a drawing I get an error message "Display Error". Revit then closes. This seems to have started to happen since I installed WU3. Any suggestions?

I am temporarily using Revit 32 again on Win XP 32 bit while my main 64 bit PC is being repaired and while it may just be a coincidence it seems to me that whereas Revit 32 worked perfectly OK on this backup machine using an Nvidia FX3000 graphics card prior to WU3 I now need to disable OpenGL hardware acceleration to avoid getting display errors.

May have nothing to do with your problem but just thought I'd mention it.

(Can't wait to get back to 64 bit Revit ;-))

Thanks William, I'd forgotten about OpenGL. I usually have it disabled, but I must have changed it for some reason (possibly when I put WU2 on). I've disabled it again and will see how it works next session.

If it's any help I checked the nvidia site and there were some new WHQL drivers for the Quadro cards - 169.96

So far this seems to have stopped the OpenGL errors for me.
