Property Line bug

This is the second time this has happened now.

I find when entering the inputs for a property line and there is about a 3m section left which will close the boundary, the dialogue box will consider it closed, and will disable the 'Add Line to Close' button.

To resolve this, I have to close on a longer boundary section.

looks like a bug. Here is workaround:
Use sketch based property line and pick the table-based lines
finish the sketch by filling in the gap manually
select the property line and convert to table (button in option bar) to access deed info.
