save as - not working

I am using Revit 64 Bit - I have a family open that I am revising and it won't let me as - I get an error message - it is read only or open by someone else - Since I am the only one here and I opened the file as usual - what gives?

How can I change the read only with out starting all over with the file?

Save As to your DESKTOP doesnt work? you might not have sufficient User Privileges to write to the directory youre trying to save in...

My fault-
I did not have permission to change a file in that directrory - A safe guard that I puty in place so I wouldn't screw up a family.:Oops:
