Hiding demo objects in 3d view

I'm doing a residential remodel and have 2 views. 1 existing conditions, and 1 new. I set cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures, some windows and doors to demo on new construction. Everything is fine in the new conditions view as none of the demo items show. But when I open the 3d view they are all there. How do I get rid of demolition objects in 3d view?

Check the View Properties for Phase settings.

Change it to "Show Complete", or "Show Previous and New ", etc.

This will give you precise control of what you want to see in any view.
