Stamp annotation in titleblock won't show?

I made a generic annotation family with a scanned image of the architect's stamp. Then I placed that generic annotation into the title block family with a yes/no parameter. When I loaded the title block, the image doesn't seem to show up even when the parameter is turned on in the title block's properties. What am I doing wrong?

What kind of file is the image?

Does it show up correctly in the family, but not when loaded in the titleblock?

Are Raster Images turned on ?

Try making it a .bmp

Does that work?

It's a JPG image in the annotation family. When I load the annotation family into the title block, it shows up fine. But when I load the title block into the project, the stamp/annotation family does not show up. It doesn't matter if the yes/no parameter on the annotation's visibility is turned on or off.

Does the image show up in the Project under Raster Images?

In the Stamp family, go to Settings>Family Category and Parameters... and either check or uncheck the "Shared" box. Then reload the stamp family and the titleblock family.
