Window family not loading properly

I have a window family that I've created and when i try to load it into my project some of the parameters are not loading with it. However, when I open the family the parameters are there. Any ideas?

Are you willing to upload the family so we can take a look?

My bad...they were instance parameters and I was in the family browser rather than looking at it in place. I love it when its something simple.
