Shared Coordinates/Relocate Tools not working

Someone accessed my file (I suspect) and relocated the project unintentionally. I now have no access to the shared coordinate tools or the relocate project command. Has anyone had a similar problem or does anyone have any insight into how I can resolve this? Thanks.

Not sure if this is what you want to hear, but the one time that happened to me, I rolled back the project...but I was in a position to do that without hurting anything.

Yep...I was afraid of that. I'm in the process of doing this. Geuss we found a glitch.
