:D Hello All....

Q1. I know how to split up a long schedule....but after the schedule is
split on a sheet, how do you hide or move the split sections to another
sheet....I don't think it is possible to move the split sections....what do
you do with them...

Q2. Can you filter a schedule like by floor level....to limit the
information in each schedule

You can move a split schedule around, look for the blue dot in the center of each piece. You can't do exactly what you describe yet...

Andy Gockel answered pretty well on the NG...here's his post copied to ZDBB just in case you haven't seen it...yet.


One work-around is to duplicate your schedule, place it one first
sheet, split it, and drag the half you don't want to see off the
sheet. On the next sheet place the duplicated schedule, split it
& do the same thing.

When you print, zoom in to the sheet's extents, (unwanted schedule
out of view) and use the "visible window" option in the print dialog
box.

You can sort by level, but not filter by level.

One additional comment, move the schedule to blank space above the sheet and you can still plot 100% and don't have to set to visible portion. You could use shared parameters to filter, but that may be too much work for this instance.

Thanks guys....

I was wondering about just moving part of the schedule off the sheet....but I moved it to the lower corner...I will give it a try moving the excess schedule above the sheet...
