selective viewing of cross sections

have cross sections all over the place
some are for just for study purposes
but a few need to be on the plan sets
also some cross sections just need in the foundation plan
but are different in the floor plan
however it appears that the vizabiltity choice is to see all of them or none since it only give the catagory option in vizibilty...
any suggestions...

I sometimes make different Types of Sections, so i can do a select all instances and hide.

Also, the ones for study arent on sheets, are they? If theyre not, set your plot setting sto hide unreferenced...

I haven't tried different types of sections... but will look into that

i do have the study sections on a sheet but won't include it on the final plan set it is very usefull to catch illusive problems.

also, it seems one can do a dance with the over ride graphs menu to get certain cx to hide and others to show

the cx feature i have found to be a great tools and another big plus for BIM.
