Is it possible to change the line weight of the call-out section block in a section view, plan or elevation?

Is it possible to change the line weight of the call-out section block in a section view, plan or elevation? To do it globally, go to Settings/Object Styles/Annotation/Callout boundary. If you only want to do it on a view by view basis, you can select the callout, Override Graphics in a view, and change the line information. There is no other way, since the line information is not available through the View Template for callouts, nor can you use a view filter to select annotation.
