monolithic stair an nosing?

I am trying to make a monolithic stair with 1/2' round nosing.
I want the riser to be slanted and the nosing not to project.
Is this possible I have tried many things.

I want it to look like a concrete stair with slanted risers, then covered in carpet.
thats why I want the radius. on the top. Flush to the top and flush to the face of the riser.

All attempts I have made have the nosing projecting.
