Default Plot Configuration from Design Review

Is it possible to setup a default plot configuration (which plotter, what size paper, what amount of scaling, etc) in Design Review? If so, how might we do it? We're trying to standardize the default plot settings across multiple computers.

I don't see settings in the registry, so I doubt you can do this.
