is there a way to remove/delete the category in the revision list?

lets say there are three revision line item, and i want to delete 2 of them????

You may be able to "hide a column in the revision schedule if that is what you mean? You cannot delete a "column" of the revisions.

You can "merge one revision up into another one. IT will move the clouds and merge those into the other revision as well. There is no way to delete a revision, and all clouds and tags to those clouds at one time.
