You can temporarily underlay you walls and use the Linework tool to make them dashed. After that, turn off your underlay and the linework will stay there.

A cleaner way to do it in my opinion, would be to override the wall dispaly properties to show the wall line type to a hidden line type.

That doesn't work in a roof plan view where the walls are hidden below the roof eave.
I use the method Andre mentioned for both showing the walls on the roof plan, and showing the roof on the floor plan, and it works pretty well.
If the walls are within the view range the hidden line tool will work too.

You could do that, as well. However it would show a double line for the inside and outside faces of the wall. I prefer to show only the outside face of the wall below the roof eave, and put a dimension from face of wall to the end of the roof eave or gable rake.

Alternatively, create a new ceiling plan, cut just below the eaves, that shows only walls and rooves, with wall display overridden to dashed. Overlay the roof plan and this celing plan on the sheet (they will snap align). You can draw your eaves dimensions on the ceiling plan.
