It would be nice to be able to change the offset of any object without having to go to properties first. For example, when you click on a duct or pipe, you can change the offset at the top of the screen. However, if you click on a piece of equipment or and air terminal, you have to go to element properties first to change the offset. Not a big deal but could be a time saver.

I agree. It would be nice if we could add elements to the options bar when we are creating a family, most importantly "Offset'.
