Is there a way to rotate a view in Revit for printing? Like UCS in AutoCAD?

Grab the crop region, and rotate it in the opposite direction of the way you want the view rotated. Then you have to adjust the size of it, and its good to go.

will doing that mess up my shared coordinates if i have them set up in my project though?

Its not going to rotate the project, Its rotating the view. It wont affect the model at all.

I keep "working views" that are twisted this way and that all the time...
