I have 16 CAD stations that I take care of. For the most part it is fairly laid bock. I also create the blocks. Most of my blocks are Annotative and they all work fine. I have 1 station though that one of the strangest problems that I have ever seen.
When the individual that uses it inserts a block from a Tool Palette or using the insert command the Annotative Attributes fly all over the drawing. They scale properly but the attribute just goes wherever it wants. If you resynchronize the block sometimes the attribute will come back sometimes not. I thought it might be user error but I watched the CAD Op. install on and it was done right.I almost forgot this part. If this happens and you put them back to where you want them. then close the drawing. When you open it back up more than likely they will fly out there again.
