Globe Link for Revit - site image outline only

I just installed globe link extension for revit. When I acquire from google earth I get an outline of the site image, but no image. (so it is only a green outline) I can get my building back into google earth too. However, because I don't have the image the building is not accurately positioned on the site. I've gone into visibility graphics and turned on everything and I still don't get an image. Any ideas?

Did you check different views? The image may be on a different view than the one you are on currently.
