Radial footprint and a horizontal camber?

Hi.
I'm in a bridge-project where I have vertical AND horizontal radius at the same time, like in the full-colour examples in "Mastering Revit Structure 2009". But how do I do it? To do a vertical or a horizontal radius is no broblem, but can I do them together?

Is the member on an angle? so you are trying to move the object that is say a curved object on an incline?

If you not you may have to model the object with a series of solid and void objects.
Can you provide more information.
