Instead of posting images, or linking to images, I am just posting a link to the architectural projects page on my site. I hope that is allowed.

Architectural Projects (http://www.nathanwithers.com/css/architecture.htm)

Please note that only the professional projects were done with Revit. The site is not finished yet, but the architectural projects area is getting very close. It takes a while to load all the imags the first time you visit. Sorry about that.

The Hillsdale College area has panoramas. Be sure to check those out. You click-and-drag to pan around. There are also hotspots in the panoramas that link you to the other panoramas.

I hope you all like my work. Let me know what you think.

I really like the bird’s-eye campus perspectives. Those are very effective.

Nathan,

A few questions on the Constantine High School project: [-- I liked that one in particular --] was the whole thing done using Revit? If so, what kind of file sizes were you dealing with toward the end? Were they klunky to navigate -- ie. did they bog down your machine? If not, what kind of workstation do you use? [processor(s); speed; RAM; graphics card; etc...].

Thanks,

jk

The renderings were all done in Revit, but the plan was Photoshopped. But even the renderings were not all done in one model. The exterior model was done very early in the project, and it was updated and chaged as the exterior evolved. Other were working on different interior models that were started from the original exterior model. The way it was done, they could have easily been the same model used for interior and exterior. The exterior model ended up being a little over 30Megs... but it was also divided into worksets. If you have any other questions or comments, I would be glad to hear them.
