Many of you are probably familiar with the pictured problem. After a lot of frustrating search I found the FLIP CONTROL to be the cause of the offset. The further away it is from the centre ref plane, the larger the error.
Try deleting the flip control from your family and load it back into you project. You can maintain full control of the section by using top/bottom/side1/side2 and rotation settings. Enjoy.
