How does everyone schedule there project information on the cover page or do you? Our standard is to place a block of notes similar to the attachment on our cover page that describes everything from addresses, flood zone, building areas, etc.... whats the eaisest way to accomplish this, or can it be done?

You could create a Schedule ("schedule key"), add the new fields (type of construction, zone, etc) and enter all the information you need.

I added the items I wanted in Project Paramets under the category "Project Information" so these item show in my Project Information Box. (did that make sence?) Now when I go to schedule "keys", Project information is NOT an option in the list provided. Can "Project Information" be used only in Titleblocks?

Currently, the answer is Yes. There is no way to "schedule" this information. Shared parameters which are required to appear in schedules, cannot be created as equalling another parameter, so there is no wat to get at this information. As originally created, this Project information was not given a catagory available to schedules. On your coversheet, you should be able to create labels that access these parameters, and then can be placed on a cover sheet. We had to create a type of Title Block special for Cover Sheets to be able to show this information.
