Don't you love being able to print an Excel Schedule or Word Spec document to DWF and overlay into AutoCAD? So sweet.... Way better then OLE.

What's the trick to doing this in Revit Architecture? The only thing I've found to link in a DWF has to do with DWF Markups. Is this really a limitation of 2009?

Sorry to bring you the bad news, but yes, this is a limitation of Revit...

You could DWF your stuff into ACAD, then print a Jpeg & import file to Revit. Another step to workaround a feature that should be native in Revit. A wishlist item perhaps?

ouch...workaround, no doubt.

Here's my reply from aDesk subscription support...

"Thank you for choosing Autodesk Subscription. At this poitn in time there is not a way to directly import a dwf file into Revit. There is already a wish list submitted to our development team for an enhancement."
